Just click on the Add « to Cart » button. If an item is out of stock, it will not be added to your cart.

To put an item in your wishlist you must first log in to your account. Then, simply go to a product sheet, select the size or color you want and click on the “Add My List” button.
To access your complete wishlist, you must click on “Wishlist” in the space “My Account”.

The wishlist allows you to select one or more items that you want to buy later or to share them with your friends by email or on social networks. The wishlist onlyallows you to preselect one or more items, but does not allow you to set aside products.

After you have validated your order and proceeded to payment, a confirmation page appears with your order number. A confirmation e-mail is then sent to the email address registered at the time of your purchase. This is a summary of the nature of your order: product(s), quantity, price(s), method of payment and delivery address. You can also find the details of your order by signing in « my » account and clicking on the topic « order tracking ».

Once validated, your order cannot be modified or canceled. Please check it before switching to secure payment. By clicking «pay for my order» you accept without reservation the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Aventurine. Furthermore, we cannot add an item to an order already paid for.

If you wish to offer a gift, please specify it when validating your cart. You can leave a message in the space reserved for this purpose and specify that you want a gift package. Gift packaging is free.

Verify that your order has been validated and that you have received a confirmation email. An email was sent to you to inform you of the departure of your order. If after 8 days you still haven’t received anything and no notification of passage has been filed in your mailbox, contact customer service.

All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL, with 3D Secure authentication. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are not stored on our computer systems.

Your payment may have been declined for a number of reasons: an error in entering your bank account information, a possible threshold that would block payment authorization, etc. First check this information and then try again.

Click and collect : free
Delivery by click & collect (shops in Nice and Aix-en-Provence): 48-hour delay (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays). You will receive an email when your package is ready in store. You have 30 days to withdraw your parcel, which will be delivered to you against signature after presentation of the email and an identity document. If you designate another person to withdraw your order, that person must present your identity card and his or her own.

Standard delivery by Colissimo:
In metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco: Standard delivery by Colissimo with signature 6€. Delivery is free from 80€ of purchases.
In the DOMTOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin): Standard delivery by Colissimo with signature 13€.
In Europe: Standard delivery by Colissimo with signature 11€. Delivery is free from 80€ of purchases.
In the United Kingdom: Standard delivery by Colissimo with signature 13€.
North America, United States, Canada: Standard delivery by colissimo with signature 31€.

For orders outside France, when the package intended for export reaches its destination, the consignee will be responsible for paying the customs duties or taxes that apply to the country of destination.

In metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days.
In the DOMTOM, deliveries are made from 5 working days, from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays.
In Europe and England, deliveries are made from 3 working days, Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays.
In USA and Canada deliveries are made from 6/7 working days, Monday to Saturday morning.

You can track your package in your customer area as soon as your order is delivered to Colissimo.
A tracking number of your package will be sent to the email address registered at the time of your order. In case you do not have a tracking number, we invite you to contact our customer service who can inform you.

What happens if the parcel is not delivered?2022-07-20T18:34:37+02:00

Standard delivery by Colissimo:
In case of absence during delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the post office indicated on the notice of passage deposited in your mailbox. Your parcel will be kept for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the day of filing of the transit notice. After this period, the package will be returned to us, in which case we invite you to contact the customer service.

Return

You have 30 days to return your product from the date of receipt of the package. You must contact Aventurine by email (email link) within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Products returned, including incomplete, damaged, worn items, will not be returned.
The exception to the right of return:
– For hygiene reasons, the return of earrings is not accepted.
If your return is due to an error on our part or to a defective product, we ask you to report the problem within 15 days, you will have the opportunity to exchange your item, within the limit of available stocks. The return and return costs would then be borne by Aventurine. We
will send you a Colissimo prepaid return label. We are not able to provide you with a return label for your overseas trip, but you will be reimbursed for your return costs.
In case the return concerns another reason, the costs will be at your expense. Your return must be sent to:

Aventurine will refund you within 10 days after receiving the products. Items that do not meet your expectations should be returned to us in new condition.

Simply write us an email to let us know and return the article to us only at the address below. We recommend that you keep your proof of mailing.
