Q: What are the payment methods accepted by Aventurine?

Aventurine accepts the following payment methods: - By credit card: CB, VISA and MASTERCARD - PAYPAL

Q: I still haven’t received my order, is that normal?

Verify that your order has been validated and that you have received a confirmation email. An email was sent to you to inform you of the departure of your order. If after 8 days you still haven’t received anything and no notification of passage has been filed in your mailbox, contact customer service.

Q: Can I add gift wrapping and a message?

If you wish to offer a gift, please specify it when validating your cart. You can leave a message in the space reserved for this purpose and specify that you want a gift package. Gift packaging is free.

Q: Can I change or cancel my current order?

Once validated, your order cannot be modified or canceled. Please check it before switching to secure payment. By clicking «pay for my order» you accept without reservation the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Aventurine. Furthermore, we cannot add an item to an order already paid for.

Q: How do I know if my order has been validated?

After you have validated your order and proceeded to payment, a confirmation page appears with your order number. A confirmation e-mail is then sent to the email address registered at the time of your purchase. This is a summary of the nature of your order: product(s), quantity, price(s), method of payment and delivery address. You can also find the details of your order by signing in « my » account and clicking on the topic « order tracking ».

Q: How do I find my ID or password?

To find your password, click "my account" and then click "forgot password". Enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you. You will be able to access your account and if you wish, customize your password by clicking on "my personal information".

You need to sign in to your account and click "My personal information" to: - change your email address - change your password - update your personal data To change your delivery and/or billing addresses, you must click "My Address Book", select the address and click "Change".

Click "My Account". On the login page, complete your email address and password. Click "I sign in" to access your account. If you do not voluntarily disconnect from your session, you will remain in connected mode.

Click "my account". On the login page, enter your email address and password. For your password to be valid, it must be at least 8 characters long, including an uppercase and a special character. Click "I create my account" to complete your account. You will receive an email confirming your account creation. Your ID is required to identify you and place a secure order on our e-store.
